ON AIR PRESENTSAs Director of Content & Partnerships for On Air Presents, the creative agency behind On Air Fest, I led multiplatform content strategy during a period of rapid growth in the podcast and creator economy (2023–2025).
My concepts became central to the agency’s brand identity with clients such as Rolex, Sony Music, and Netflix. My strategy was focused on integrating creators from the On Air Fest community directly into our short-form video campaigns to build community and drive authentic engagement.
I managed an 8–10 person documentation team, producing platform-native content that reached 200K views on a 5K-follower account, and secured $25K in sponsorship deals.
Beyond events, I wrote all web copy for OnAirPresents.com, ensuring a cohesive voice and creative ethos across digital platforms.
